Born and raised in Memphis, Tracey has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes in the Mid-South area. Tracey took her passion for her hometown to the world of real estate over 20 years ago, and her life-long residency, connection to community and attention to detail have served as the solid base of her career. Tracey’s success is exclusively based on repeat business and personal referrals from family, friends and clients. Tracey has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to condominiums and investment properties in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Buying or selling a home is often the biggest financial decision people make in their lives, and Tracey has built a reputation of exceptional customer service representing both buyers and sellers. Specializing in new home and existing home sales, she enjoys teaching her clients about the process and making their real estate transaction as smooth as possible. Tracey consults and works collaboratively with real estate professionals including attorneys, architects, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors during the home buying/selling process. She has represented some of Memphis’ elite builders in community subdivisions in Shelby County. Tracey has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by her clients and industry professionals.

Her familiarity of the Mid-South region and her experience of having raised her own family in Memphis, has her well-connected in the community. She serves different ministries through her church and other causes in her local community. She is a former member of the Foster Care Review Board – Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County, TN where she served for two years.

Tracey earned her Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute (GRI) designation in 1999 and her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR^®) designation in 2002. In 2003, she became a lifetime member of the Multi Million Dollar Club of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS^® MAAR) and served on the MAAR Education Committee for two consecutive years. Tracey owned, co-produced and hosted the Mid-South Residential Review, a weekly local residential real estate television show.

Tracey is a graduate of Evangelical Christian School (ECS) and attended the University of Memphis. When not assisting clients, Tracey enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family.

Kim was very successful during her sales career in the Pharmaceutical Industry winning numerous Sales Awards and distinguished herself by exceeding company goals on a regular routine basis. “A home is where memories are made and dreams are born” she feels and as a result has decided to change and sell homes to family and friends in the real estate industry.

Kim is a lifelong Memphis area resident having attended Memphis Prep High School and then receiving a business degree at the University of Mississippi. Kim and her husband Jimmy have raised three (3) children and now enjoy three (3) grandchildren.  Kim is a regular volunteer in her daughters kindergarten classes and helps 901 Pop with floral arrangements to be donated to nursing homes in an effort to brighten residents days.

Kim’s knowledge of Memphis, her past sales experience, and her genuine desire to help others is a key ingredient and transition into selling homes in the Memphis area.
